Event & Club Sponsorship Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in official-merchandise.net and swimmeroo.com. We are always interseted in working with Events and Clubs, especially within swimming and other aquatic sports.

As an Event Merchandise Company and online store - we are interested in either creating Merchandise for your event and retailing for you from our Marquees. Or we have the ability to create your own online store - where all or only part of the products available on official-merchandise.net/swimmeroo.com are made available to your club membership. In either instance we will pay your Event or Club a royalty against all sales made - and you don't have to take any risk.

In order for us to consider a request for event sponsorship or an online store, we ask that an email is sent to gareth@swimmeroo.com the earlier it is sent, the better the chance for us to work with you.

To be considered, we require the inclusion of the following information outlined below. Please be sure to include the appropriate contact information, including email if possible.

• Name of event
• Type of event/ a brief synopsis of the event
• Location
• Number of participants and/or spectators
• Media associated with the event
• Details on additional exposure, promotional and/or sponsorship benefits

• URL/Domain of your club website
• Size of your club

Please understand that we receive many requests throughout the year to participate at a wide range of events. Generally, we limit our donations to mass participation or major profile events, plus aquatic events in Australia. For support, we usually require exclusive merchandise agreement for the event. Support can be significant, subject to the size of the event.
